From this....TO THIS!!!!
We spent a wonderful sunny sunday afternoon at Laguna Beach with our friend Katie and her dog Cali. It was so much fun! We all had a blast! Check out Dom's skid-marks, as she realizes the waves are coming!! Cali, on the other hand, could not get enough of the water!

A Broken foot! Actually, this happened about 6 hours later, but surgery is scheduled for Monday! Please keep Steve in your prayers! And enjoy the beach photos - those will be the last for while! He will be on crutches for 7 -8 weeks, then have a boot & cane, and then a funny shoe! We continue to look at the bright side though- it could be worse, it could be his right foot (wouldn't be able to drive well), it could have been his neck, or something worse! However, this will be a record for how long Steve has gone on without wearing his rainbow sandals!

Oh Steve!
We'll be praying for a smooth, speedy recovery. Yes it could have been worse, but it still stinks.
I'm looking forward to it also! Now, do these people you throw overboard make it back to dry land???
